Unhappy I can only sleep exactly for 7 hours! need help...

I have this really weird problem where I'm only able to sleep for 7-7 and a half hours before waking up EVERY SINGLE DAY NO MATTER THE TIME FOR THE PAST MONTHS!!!

Let me show you what is a typical night for me:

23:00-1:00- read a book before bed to calm myself from my day

      1:00-1:30- going to bed

      1:30-3:00 or more -actually sleep

10:00-10:30- wake up either with no recall or just bad recall of one dream.

Now the thing is that after I wake up I always feel dead tired yet I can't go to sleep immediately, but I do take naps during the day in which I try to LD and practice dream yoga and there I fall asleep just fine.

So can anyone tell me why I can only sleep for 7 hours?

And more importantly for me: how does sleeping for 7 hours effect recall?(my recall is really bad and I think this is the reason because I don't get enough sleep).

IMPORTANT EDIT!: This is another problem which really disturbs my DEILD's is that every morning I always find myself needing to go to the bathroom to take a leak.

I don't drink alot before bed and I usually go to the bathroom several times before sleeping, but I sometimes do "certain things"(if you know what I mean ) before bed.

      so is that the problem?

I don't think that's the problem. Are you keeping a dream journal? My recall boosted when I had one, now that I'm too lazy to write them down I recall up to 4 dreams less.
Seven hours of sleep is not poor sleep, I've read that it's preferable to sleep seven hours that eight-nine which tends to make you feel more tired. Maybe a polyphasic sleep would work for you, take a look at that.

Yes I keep a journal yet my recall is still pretty weak

Here is maybe why that is:

I have no idea what polyphasic sleep is so i'll into it now!
