So this year has been great for my sleep schedule, i started off going to bed around 8-9 and waking up at 6-7 but now I'm going to bed at 9-10 and waking up at 4 or 5 am and not being able to go back to sleep. |

Wow I have never heard of too much sleep causing brain damage, just severe lack of sleep. Do you have any source for this? |
