Well after a lot of time putting this off I decided to start with polyphasic sleep and Everyman is the best option for my schedule. I'm doing a core of 4.5 hours and two naps during the day. Just opened the thread to keep logging in here and to rant a little about how tired I am right now, as I haven't started yet, I'm going to be sleep deprived for 24 hours then start the new schedule.
The 4.5 hour block will be from 03:30 to 08:00 and the naps around 16:00 and 21:00 aprox. Either way I haven't done this before so I don't know if I will succeed or what time for napping will be better for me, need to try and experiment. Hope this new routine works for me. :rolllaugh::zzz:
