Do we really need 7+ hours of sleep?
I've been looking around the web reading articles, studies and anecdotes on people "conditioning their bodies to require less sleep". So far most of the stuff I've read seems pretty sketchy to me. I'm familiar with my own internal body-clock and how many hours I need to feel refreshed and energized in the morning, but I'd be interested in being able to reduce the number of said hours I need in bed.
tl;dr - is it possible to sleep less and feel just as energized as though I just slept 7 hours?
