      Tip for insomniacs

      Sleep with a window open or something that allows fresh air to flow in. I always fall asleep much easier and feel better rested when there is a window open.

      Lots of exercise, also coupled with some study/work. Burn yourself out each day so that your body just falls asleep without you even trying - the only thing that's worked for me ever.

      being active ^^ always helps.

      When I can't sleep, I always just pull up an audiobook or youtube series that I can listen to and just listen to it. It stops my mind from going every which way, and if it is something that I want to listen to, it is a win win situation. Generally helps quite a bit.
