I'm currently changing my sleep schedule, and I would like some advice etc

I have realized that my usual sleep schedule (going to bed at 4-5 AM, getting up at 12-13 PM) doesn't work while I am studying, since my lectures sometimes take place early in the morning, and I am tired of missing those lectures.
So this Monday I basically got up in time for my first lecture that day, which started at 8:15 AM, even though I had actually fallen asleep at 3:30 AM or something that night.
Needless to say, I was very tired that entire day, and I went to bed at 9 PM that night.
I had a brief awakening about three hours later and quickly fell back to sleep again, and then I woke up at 4 AM and couldn't fall back to sleep, and I had a mild headache the entire day (Tuesday) that had gotten a bit worse in the evening - and that evening I fell asleep as early at 7:30 PM or something, and woke up in the middle of the night, and I still had a headache, but then I fell asleep until 2:30 AM and then lay and rested without falling asleep for about two hours, then decided to get up (the headache was gone too, so yay) - and right now the time is 10 AM, which means I have been awake for 7 and a half hour today.
Right now I feel a bit sleep deprived, but it's not really a problem.
Also, I am aiming to get up at 5 AM every morning.

What are your opinions on all of this?
Is there anything that I should keep in mind from now on?

I don't exactly know what kind of advice you're looking for, so here is some general Stuff.
As long as you're sleeping for at least 7 hours there is no problem, if you are trying to recall your dreams then you should work on making your schedule more regular.
Something else i would recommend is taking naps during the day if you can't stay asleep during the Night, if you do it too late though you might sleep in.
