Am I the only one that sleeps better when achieving lucidity?
Hi!
So, in the last couple of months, I have found out that when I have a period of non-stop "lucid productivity" (when I am aiming for LD), I fall asleep MUCH faster and even when I am doing WBTB I feel more relaxed in the morning.
On the other hand, at times like now, when I don't have much time for ADA, WBTB and so on, it takes me a long time to fall asleep. Noises are more annoying, my mind more worried, you name it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
