@ 13, I'd wake and immediately sit up in bed
(which was a mattress on floor)
and meditate (on listening to my breathing)
for the first 60 minutes of waking time:sunflower:.

Then before sleeping,

That was a great video and I agree with most of what he said (except the "terrible at names" bit).

I'm not quite that rigorous with my habits. I do need an hour to wake up though. I don't spend it in bed meditating though. I usually spend 5-10 minutes IN bed, just gathering my senses ad trying to recall my dreams. The rest of "my" time is eating cereal and watching a show.
I become very cranky if someone disturbs me before that first hour :lol:

Before I go to sleep, I have to play games until I FEEL like I'm about to pass out. When I had my iPad, I'd spend about 15 minutes at my Smurf's Village and then work on Jigsaw puzzles. I'd usually be ready to pass out before my second puzzle (about 15 minutes each).
Since it's died, I play Jewel Quest on my Ds. Only, there's 5 different characters and no way to track which has played what. So, I force myself to finish one or two puzzle with the entire set :chuckle: :bang: :roll: Now, it usually take 2-4 hours before I finally fall asleep :crying:

I have to play games past the point of exhaustion or my brain will keep me awake and restless and annoyed.

My life is soooo (inwardly) stressfull for the last three month, so 5 days ago my Doctor has given me "wafers" to put under my tongue, once a day. The wafer dissolves 5mg of Zyprexa, Olanzapine straight into my system.

Three month ago, July 19, this boarding house that I have lived in for 23 years ... closed

Then the government (SA Housing) came to the rescue and they now own the building. Later today they are comming to talk to the last 8 guests living here. (Three month ago there were 17 of us)

We think that the new owners will be closing and selling, or renovating, and relocating we unhappy 8.

It is 7am Tuesday 16th of October here.

I have an 8:30am appointment at Eastern Community Mental health. They visited me in my room here at my home twice this week. After todays "evaluation" they will find me a nice place. So if my home of 23 years closes down for good at least I wont be homeless.

I will put something in the drve box when I gey back from my "evaluation" appointment.

Got to get ready now. And its blowy and rainy outside brrrr.

But who says it has to be read left to right,
it just as easily reads Dreams of the Forest.

Words have a long history of use in describing public space.
The 4 words remain as entry points from the road into the park,
creating and maintaining the separation of space
which the artist maintains is important in understanding
the pre-settlement history of the location.

The benches that accompany the work
invite people to sit and contemplate their surroundings.

The work also acts to unite the 4 quadrants of the Square.

The original concept had a second component
at the junction of Pulteney and Grenfell and
was to be called ‘The City of Dreams’.
