Eye exercises for falling asleep and for entering WILDs

Look up, and then down in a slow deliberate manner in an effort to tire the eyes out to help falling asleep, repeating about 30 times.

Look right, then left in a slow deliberate manner in an effort to tire the eyes out to help in falling asleep, repeating about 30 times.

If still awake move the eyes in a circular motion from right to left, repeating about 30 times, then move the eyes in a circular motion from right to left repeting about 30 times.

If still awake after performing the above eye exercises start over, and repeat the entire process again as many times as you need until your eyes are tired enough that you fall asleep.

Somewhere during the procedure if you are able to remain awake you may find yourself in a WILD watching a dream while you are still awke.

By following the above procedure each night when going to bed you will not only be strengthening your eyes, but should find yourself falling asleep much faster, and having a lot more WILDs.

These same eye exercises can also be used while meditating to help strengthen the eyes each day, and to enter WILDs, only you would want to make the eye movements faster in order to remain awake so that you don't fall asleep while trying to meditate.
      tacky and Sweven like this.

Hopefully you will find just the right eye movement that will tire your eyes out, and put you to sleep quickly.

What has been working for me lately is doing the eye exercises with my eyes half shut, and this helps encourages sleep, and puts me to sleep much faster than if my eyes are wide open when doing them.
