I think the answer is probably yes (atleast, high blood pressure might affect your dream recall anyway.)

If you take vasodilators (supplements which increase blood flow) these are supposed to help with dreaming, or at least with dream recall & memory. I think because, the more blood you have flowing through your brain, the more likely to are to remember things (e.g. dreams), or even also to become aware that you are dreaming.

Ginkgo Biloba and Magnesium (Magnesium in high doses) both have this affect I think. (I was taking a supplement with alot of Magnesium in it & had to cut the dose because it gave me headaches, but it DID seem to help with dream recall too though...)
