Pretty much all my life, I've had problems sleeping. And pretty much all my life, I've been a night owl...it seems like the best thing for me would be if the day had 30 hours of which I slept 10 and was awake 20. I have a lot of trouble falling asleep if I'm not DEAD tired, I can stay asleep for as much as 14 hours a night for several weeks (!), and it's always so, so hard for me to get up in the mornings.
Anybody else feeling like the day is just not made to suit you? :(

We have talked about Circadian sleep cycles a number of times in this Forum. If you would like to try the search method. :)
But I myself am an early riser. But to the contrary my best friend has always been a night owl. Always. Even as kids. It was just like his sleep cycle was backwards.
I told him he should get a job working third shift.

You can live on Mars moon Deimos, which has a 30 hours day.
But seriously I am also a bit like this. I never have trouble sleeping even if I'm not tired, but I just don't feel like going to sleep until it's very late, and then I have trouble getting up in the morning. This has recently started to change since I became interested in LD, because I need to sleep a lot in order to have long and interesting dreams.

Hey.. Thanks ALOT for the wiki link you've provided in your post. It finally made me realise what my damn problem was: I have DSPS Cicracidan sleep disorder :| I thought it was chronic insomnia, but i was wrong. You've saved my.. sleep :D thanks again.
Yet, i have one question: do you know what doctor should i contact in order to make some therapy to get rid of this disorder?? Thanks in advance.
