i cant sleep during the day and i cant take naps- i'm not really that tired but it's not like you should take sleep medication for that, but i dont get tired at night unless i take medication..i never used to be like this//but i cant meditate or do hypnosis at all...i cant listen to anything before bed cause it keeps me up. i've tried a few things like valerian but that doesnt even make me drowsy. i dont really like sleeping actually but because i've been having such interesting sort of inspiring dreams. it would be nice if i didnt have to sleep then i could make up for the wasted time. people look so much more alive then i do-i tried some brainwave sync and it made my head hurt soo much. mostly it's just that i have really sensitive ears...i dont know if it's insomnia or a hearing problem...i hear tinnitus a lot...it's been giving me stress headaches. it's like i'm hearing tones of really high pitched machines. i think animals can hear it- it's really loud. does anyone know how to get rid of ringing like this- that's this loud? and is keeping me awake? it's usually not noticeable during the day as much as at night but I've been trying to get rid of it-

that isn't sleep apnea. sounds like insomnia, although i have no clue about the high pitch noise. i think i hear it every once in a while as well but it usually just passes. one thing i have found that keeps me from sleeping is drinking anything with caffeine. sounds simple, but i have noticed a difference when i quit drinking caffeine at least a few hours before i lay down.

sorry if none of that helped any
