I'm sorry if this is something that has been discussed a lot in this board (as it probably has been), but for as long as i can remember now, I've always had loads of trouble falling asleep. I can sometimes spend hours in bed trying to fall asleep, and it's getting really annoying, especially as, sometimes, I'm really tired during the day, but when I'm in bed, it all seems to disappear (the tiredness).
I've found my main problems are that I can't find a comfortable sleeping position (I always keep changing position after a while, which makes it difficult for me to relax), and I think too much instead of leaving my mind blank.
I was wondering...are there any natural ways/exercises to help me fall asleep faster? No drugs or medecin, if possible. Thanks a lot!
