      It's been a while

I'm gonna take a guess and call this sleep paralysis but i was dreaming and all of a sudden as i am tying n the computer the power goes out in my dream and if you havbe played a game called fear before just as you go slow motion in that game the sound goes super slow and you cannot move AT ALL but why did i hear a scratching sound RIGHT behind me? anyway my eyes forced shut and could not open either..right away i thought "this is sleep paralys" and relaxed and 5 seconds later my eyes open and i typed this. Wasn't scarey, just weird as i havn't had that since i was very little...well not the feeling of being strangled (from behind..my skin was getting tighter and tighter from my neck behind me like the skin was getting yanked)and trying to breathe but not being able to move. It was an awesome feeling to me and can't wait for another one. What was the scratching sound, though? it was a consistant 2 claw scratching like my cat but it wasn't my cat.

The scratching sound was hypnagogic hallucination. Sounds are very common during hypnagogia, especially scratching noises.
I never experienced sleep paralysis when waking up, sounds like quite an experience.

Had more SP. It didn't feel too good this time because i was tired and could not sleep. Laying in bed then my eyes closed and i heard noise in my ears and i could barely open my eyes and saw a head shape looking at me and my room was all weird looking, then let my eyes close, tried to talk but couldn't but knew it was SP and that was normal. Relaxed for a few seconds and it went away and then i got SP again, relaxed and it went away, then i got SP for a 3rd time in a row lol. Man it's so impossible to talk when you're in SP i was wanting to say "stop it NOW". It feels like your throat says the words but the words don't come out, then my hand was all numb from sleeping on it. My cat likes sleeping on my legs too.

Yeah it's quite bad when you're tired and can't sleep.
