      No Balance?

I woke up last night and tried to get out to the kitchen for some milk like always. I found myself stumbling around and feeling as if I was incredibly off balance. I had to clutch the wall to keep from falling over.

I had one beer before bed about four hours before, but thats not even enough to put me over the legal limit. What happened? I know I wasn't dreaming because I found it so odd that I did a reality check.

I have had this happen to me before... although I don't really know of any explanations for it.

When it happened, it was usually because I was extremely tired, but had to get up quickly to do something important. It's as if my body was still half-asleep, and I had a hard time finding my own balance, but I came to my senses after 15 or 30 seconds.

How long did your "seemingly drunkenness" last?

The entire time that I was up, two or three minutes.

experience with vertigo? was it you off balance, or did it seem like the world would tilt, throwing you off balance.

I couldn't tell you why it happened... but I know what ya' mean. I thought it was normal... because I'm off balance pretty much every time I get out of bed, whether it's in the middle of the night or in the morning when I'm just waking up. I wouldn't worry too much about it, unless it keeps happening or getting worse or something.

The world didn't move, it was just me, like being drunk.

that's funny, being un-balanced has never happened to me before. I guess that's a good thing for me then... BANANA
