      little sleep, alot of sleep

      When i get really tired and fall leep around 6 o'clock pm thinki i will be passed out for 8 hours or so but i will wake up 2 or so hours later completely awake. The odd thing is when im not tired and i force myself to sleep i will sleep 10 or 12 hours not even knowing it. My question is, why when im really tired i need less sleep than when im not?

      Well thats an interesting question, I cant fully relate to it but have had it a few times. I just assume I wasnt as tired as I thought it was, or I was more tired than I thought.
      I dont really know...

      if u sleep more time when u're not tired well... u dont need to sleep later. like me for exemple. I sleep all the time. i sleep at school, then later when i come back home and lets say i can sleep all the time during the day. so when i get too much sleep at school, when i come back home i'm feeling tired but i just dont want to sleep. my body is physicly tired but not my mind.
