      B6 Effects (Not Negative Ones)

Has anyone else taken a tablet before they go to bed and wake up in the middle of the night for no apparent reason? Both times I've taken it this has happened =/.

I've never taken B6, but to my knowledge it doesn't have anything to do with it.

Did it help your dreams at all, in addition to waking you up?

It can cause really vivid, and because of that, lucid dreams.

How can you wake up for no apparent reason after taking a pill, which is obviously the reason you wake up in the middle of the night?

But as to the whole thread plot, I'v never taken pills before bed. Remind me, next time I want Sleeping Pills: go straight to the doctor and not my father!
