No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.
Where can I get some? |
|
Just look in the tea section of your local grocery store (preferably a large supermarket - drug stores and convenience stores might not have it). The brand I get is Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime, which is a chamomile-spearmint combo. |

I just had a cup about 10 minutes ago and it's working already, my eye lids have gone really heavy. |

It's my favorite tea. Not sure about effects on dreams but its very soothing. |

yeah my mom has given it to me and my brother ever since i can remember it tastes great and it most definatly relaxes the nerves and gives you a nice soothing night sleep |

I drink it when I have trouble falling asleep. It also helps me when my stomach hurts that time of the month. The problem for me is that it's so effective that I'm still sleepy for most of the following day, so I avoid it if I have work the day after. |
