Well...i've been reading around and I'm jobless at the moment...might as well do some sleep experimentation. I'm gonna try ubermans untill I get another job, and then switch to everymans. My first nap is going to be at 0:00 tomorrow. So it's gonna be 12 4 8 12 4 8...and I think I'm gonna start using military time again. Havent thought of anything core related...but I guess it depends on what schedule I'll be working.
00:20- well had my first "nap" if you want to call it that...it was more or less a WILD attempt...I had some vibrations and quick HI of a girl....and then it was time to "wake up"...
4:20 it was more or less the same…I got to the point of numbness…and then it felt like my body was moving through the ocean…like I was more or less water….I think I even had a quick image.
8:20 was the first time I actually slept for a little bit…didn’t feel like waking up, but when I did…I had some crazy HI still going on when I woke up…all the walls had these opaque patterns everywhere.
12:20 slept till 2:40….i think I’ll have to start this another day...I need to be in top performance for tonights main event ;-)
