      Sleeping problems

I dont know why, but I mostly since recently feel all hyper. Today I have only slept 4h in 48h and yet Im not tired yet but Ive hard concentrating...

Maybe Ive gotten insomnia somehow? Oh god I hope thats not it...

I cant notice any major changes Ive made or so...

Perhaps I should start taking pills or something?

maybe you had trouble reading that. as i said ive a bit hard concentrating

well, i want to sleep but i just cant . and yes ive a hard time concentrating despite not really feeling tired.

it gets so lonely and boring being awake almost entire days

Ohh, you have a hard time concentrating? I couldn't make out what you said the first time.

Well, do you feel tired at all? Your lack of concentration might be unrelated to how much sleep you get. Some people can sleep very little at night but be perfectly awake during the day, and that's fine.

Something I discovered recently is if you have caffeen after 4pm in the afternoon, it will affect your sleep that night. Three days ago I stopped drinking tea, coffee, chocolate, coke or anything else with caffeen in it from 4pm onwards, and I can't tell you the difference!! Try it.

Even if you think caffeen doesn't affect you (coffee has never kept me awake when I've needed it so I always thought caffeen doesn't affect me) - without caffeen in your system, you should sleep more peacefully, deeply and for longer.

      Hope that helps.

I too haven't been able to sleep much as of late. For the past two or so weeks I've only managed about 3 hours a night. I think it's slowly killing me. Oh well.

I drink a great deal of tea, but always have, so I doubt that's the issue. I'm just extremely busy all of the time.

I recommend doing some "in-bed-stretching" to relax all of your muscles. Straining and releasing every tendon in your body a couple of times will really knock you out cold. Color visualizations will also aid in a quick nap. Try to imagine the entire ROYGBIV spectrum, one at a time, in your head as different objects. You’ll end up passing out somewhere in between indigo and violet.

      Dream well,
      Axon
