Trouble entering SP

I have insomnia and I don't feel sleepy or tired at night, this makes me impossible to WILD, if I wake up during the night, I can't get back to sleep, this also makes impossible other LDing methods such as FILD and WBTB.

When I'm tired, I get very vivid HI and dreams, the problem is that they happen just as I close my eyes, I don't have the time to enter SP (it seems to take a long time for me to enter SP), which causes violent and involuntary movements that wake me up really scared.

I made a binaural beat which makes me feel tired, I used it as an aid for WILDing, and it really helped, the problem is that I did something in the dream that woke me up involuntarily kicking a table that's next to my bed (ouch).

I don't know why it takes so long for me to enter SP, does lack of sleep affect SP (I don't sleep too much)? Or do you guys know if there any other factors that may be affecting the time it takes for me to enter SP?

EDIT: By the way, I'll post the binaural beat I made, it really made me feel tired, and it may be helpful to other people, I have some problems with my host so I have to figure another way of uploading the file.
