      Waking up a bit earlier?

      Is there a way to make yourself wake up earlier, like 15-20 minutes?

      Try using an alarm clock until your body gets used to it and does it on its own?

      Might be worth a shot, anyhow.

      Experiment until you find that perfect amount of water...

      ...Or you could just set an alarm clock.

      Actually, this is a terrific idea. Sleep is a learned and cyclical behavior, and you can "train" your brain to sleep in specific cycles with practice.
