      Question about everyman.

If you switch to the everyman sleep pattern, do you just have to have a core sleep and 3 naps a day, or are you supposed to follow the same sleep schedule every day?

The Everyman sleep schedule consists of a core nap, yes. And the Everyman sleep schedule can be altered, so you don't have to follow the same schedule every day.

I'm not an expert on the subject of it though, but I'm sure theres a lot more information on it out there.

I must admit I've never fully adapted to Everyman, but I did live on a schedule like that for about a month, with 5hrs sleep/day on average (while I normally need at least 8 to feel fit)

I was not strict with my schedule, so I moved my naps and core around. But I never was awake for more than 7 to 8 hours in a row.
Although this worked for me, I would advise a strict schedule for the first month, until you are fully adapted.

Oh, it worked like magic for WILDing by the way, but I won't recommend it if you have a schedule in which you have to be awake for periods longer than 7 hours.

I talked to Puredoxyk, who created the Uberman and Everyman sleep schedules. She told me that I should stay strict on my nap times, or it can result in a longer adaptation period.

So I would stick to a schedule if I were you.
