i was hoping for help, recently for a long time, EVERYDAY i wake up at, or about ten minutes earlier than 3. then after that, i find it IMPOSSIBLE to sleep again. if i do manage to fall asleep, the same thing happens at 4. but ONLY those times. im very confused, help please? |
