      Excessive Headaches and/or Migraines

Hello everyone. You can call me Moose.
I've had headaches for as long as I can remember. I used to think it was a combination of stress and bad sleeping habits, but now I really don't know. I have a mild migraine at the moment and I thought that maybe you guys could give me some insight as to what's going on.
First of all, I have a headache at least once a day at some point. It could be mild and sort of linger for the whole day, or turn into a migraine, etc. I've read that you can't get a good nights sleep if you don't have a proper amount of REM sleep. But that's where I get confused. If I have way too little sleep, I get a headache. That's understandable. If I have way too much sleep, I get a headache (usually a migraine). That's also understandable. But then I also get headaches or migraines with anything in between. Every morning my head is pounding. If I get the recommended amount of sleep, I get a headache. If I don't sleep at all and pull an all nighter, I don't get any headaches, haha. Even nights where I have plenty of vivid dreams, maybe a lucid dream, and I sleep soundly through the whole night with no disturbances, I get headaches or migraines. It's not stress either because even during my happiest moments in life, I get headaches. It's ridiculous. I've tried all different amounts of sleep and different qualities of sleep, but I can't figure it out. I'm sick of waking up every morning with a throbbing head. One morning I couldn't even walk that well.
Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks,
      Moose

i have headaches every day and it isn't so bad.
sleep deprivation, insomnia, high blood pressure, not enough caffeine,
stress, anxiety, teeth grinding, not eating enough, not enough vitamin d,
      migraine, etc....
all factors too... doesn't need to be fatal reasons

You should probably get an MRI, hopefully you have insurance cuz they are expensive. The only home remedy id suggest is doing a fast whenever you get a break from work/school. Fasts give your body a chance to correct a variety of problems that it normally can't, plus benign tumors have been shown to shrink during fasting, which could be the cause.
