Arrow Sleep Inducer - Treating lack of sleep

      Hey guys hows it going?

Well since alot of ppl here in this forum have problems to sleep i have decided to share this little Session with you guys.

This session is a Sleep inducer and its in the Delta waves,so dont use it for LD,Affirmations,OBE,etc.
Delta waves are a state where your brain is healing so the only purpose of this is to induce deep sleep phenomena and you might asleep within the first 5 minutes.

I used this alot for threating my needs of sleep back in the days when i was using Theta sessions to fix my subconscious.

Very powerfull so use only at night and in bed time...im not responsible for what you do with it so be carefull.

why do you say "be careful" - is it dangerous? I downloaded and listened to it and it sounds like horror movie white noise - in what way is it dangerous?

      thanks!

It sounds like brainwave generator, probably exactly the same thing, just only works at whatever hz setting. It might be dangerous if you listen and then drive or do something that's dangerous if you're tired.

Sadly, there is something seriously wrong with me and I barely sleep, so it didn't make me sleepy. It did make me feel somwhat relaxed though. I wonder if using it repeatedly would have a cumaltive effect? Thanks for posting it!

Its for inducing a lucid dream, i`ve listened last night with my eyes closed and after that i was very soft and slept right away.
Tip: Works best if you have headphones.
Still no lucid dreaming but i was very very relaxed and felt very well.

tks for sharing i will check it for sure.

Well tell me if you still cant sleep, since i work with hipnosis and hipnotherapy i can do you a little session for free djust to help you get your sleep back together.

Try listening to it 4 times a day...if that wont put you to sleep ill do another session and we will try other more hardcore and secure methods.

      Blessings to you all

Thanks! I've had severe insomnia for over four years - I think there is damage to my hypothalamus - I have been looking to more alternative methods, meditations, hypnosis, etc, and they seem to be helping some. But my insomnia is REALLY bad. Is that mp3 designed specifically for relaxation - or something more - just curious? Thanks for repsonding to my threads!

That session was made for sleep induction , in other words it was made and incorporated with the lowest waves our brain can experience wich is in when we are unconsciously dreaming(delta waves).

Once you finish earing this session one thing you cant do is trying to change your state by scratching in your eyes(our natural way of..."i want to awake")instead djust try to sleep after it.

It makes sense why you might have some damage but with repetion i think you will be able to sleep very well.It creates 21 days to form an habit in your brain..if you continue with this session it will form an habit so some sleep might come naturally.

      Blessings to you
