Question Can restless feet disorder effects LD?

Well Im not sure , if I actually have it but my feet are always moving at night. Because I notice my cat or dog will never sleep at the foot of the bed because I always kick them ( not on purpose of course).

Can it somehow effect my LD?

well, i don't know if it is negative.
I recalled kicking the wall and almost broke my toe, but that was when i was in light sleep and could easily LD in that light sleep.
So i think it will is good for the LD to run with the legs while sleeping.
