I often posted in the lucid forums but maybe my problem has more to do with my mind and it's connection to sleep.
I often try to wild, but never had luck with it. I can't fall asleep until I stop to think anything abnormal to my normal sleep state and then I fall asleep in a few seconds, without realizing it. I also often get headache if I try to meditate.
I never saw any images when I tried to wild and even if I had all of the other experiences they vanished after an hour or so.
Half a week ago I tried to wild after 3 hours of sleep and just 30 minutes of staying awake and I was really tired, but couldn't fall asleep...
It's like my mind is so fixed on this one kind of falling asleep, that any other won't work... I often tried to wild for more than 4 hours.
edit: Didn't really ask a question... so here: How can I train my mind into get used to new kinds kinds of falling asleep?
