      My Journey through everyman

      I have finally caved in after a while of being against it and started a blog. I'm trying to go polyphasic and I'm trying really hard to adjust to this schedule of sleeping. I've had a really hard time doing it so far. So this is my blog

      Like i stated I'm having a really hard time waking up from the core sleep. its easy to wake up from REM because ur not very deep at all and your brain is going full speed already and when you wake ur wide awake. But deep sleep is more difficult.

      Your brain is kind of on stand by and the sleep is focused on your physical needs rather than your mental needs like REM. So it is much harder to wake up because your body doesn't want you to wake up and ur full of melotonin and stuff. Everyman in my opionion is actually harder to adjust to everyman than uberman.

      PS: Excuse the grammar/spelling errors ...its 6 am and have very little sleep (eg. 1 hour)

      Good luck man. I tried the everyman schedule, but I didn't have a mobile alarm clock so I had to give it up. After a few days, it does get a lot easier.

      I got a mobile alarm clock. Its a vibrating alarm clock from sonic alert and it was only like 20 bucks. Works really really well.
