      I sleep way too long.

      I always have slept way too long.
      Like... 12-15 hours.
      I go to bed at 10PM and wake up at like 1PM on a regular basis.
      I mean, I wake up at... 8AM because that's when my alarm goes off.
      My mind is fully aware and moving, but I'm too physically tired to get out.
      I can't get out of the bed.
      I need to increase my sleep quality, I'd assume...
      I know this isn't normal, so anyone have any ideas?
      I need to start getting into the mental shape for school.
      And I've always been like this, so I'm fatigued at school too.

      Sounds like me, I'm always sleepy, and will usually sleep the same amount as you if given the chance. I wonder if I might have sleep apnea, I would need to have a sleep study done to find out.
