I always have slept way too long.
Like... 12-15 hours.
I go to bed at 10PM and wake up at like 1PM on a regular basis.
I mean, I wake up at... 8AM because that's when my alarm goes off.
My mind is fully aware and moving, but I'm too physically tired to get out.
I can't get out of the bed.
I need to increase my sleep quality, I'd assume...
I know this isn't normal, so anyone have any ideas?
I need to start getting into the mental shape for school.
And I've always been like this, so I'm fatigued at school too.
