What vitamins do you take for dreams?

All together I have Valerian Root, Vitamin B-6 and Melatonin. What do you use/have?

Are there anymore you could recommend? I'm thinking about buying Vitamin B-12.

B6 and B12 perform similarly in that they both aid in proper mental function.

I've started taking B12 (blood test showed extreme deficiency) so I'll be able to comment on this one in a few days after the vitamin has been in my system long enough to make a difference. I'm very excited for this, health-wise and as a lucid aid.

Well, it seems to be working so far:

      Dream #1:
I was at the mall with Jamie Konchak and we were just walking around being silly and looking at clothes. I looked down and I had huge fake tits...weirdest thing ever! As we were leaving one large department store, we ran into a guy we knew from high school who was now married and had a son (his son was with him at the mall). Jamie was busy looking at something so I went a bit ahead. The guy followed me and said, "I know it's a weird request, but since my wife had my son, we haven't had much sex. I was wondering if I could feel your huge breasts...I'll pay you if you want. Please don't tell my wife or my son." I went along with it and lead him on thinking he could until just outside the doors of the store. There was his wife. I said hi and told him to quit being such a pig under my breath so she couldn't hear.

      Same setting, but different dream...
I was at the mall with a bunch of people and after looking around the mall reminded me of one in Kamloops. I became lucid and told my friends that I could make a black horse appear any time I wanted, all I had to do is whistle. They didn't believe me of course so I demonstrated. I whistled, but he didn't come right away. After a few attempts a black horse came bolting through the automatic doors at the entrance of the mall below (we were on the second floor). It wasn't my DG, but he looked like a mustang from the documentary I watched last night so I went with it. He was all black except for a big white stripe down his forehead. He was also wearing a bridle and saddle (which my DG never has). He came running up the stairs and I jumped on his back. I was laughing and screaming back to my friends that they never believed anything so it was their loss. I rode the horse down the stairs while everyone in the mall was staring and pointing. We ran out the front doors and just kept going...nowhere in particular.
I'm hoping for more detail soon, but a short lucid isn't something to turn my nose up at
