A good way to be able to ld is to be able to sleep in the first place am I rite?
I am tired during the day but get a random burst of energy 1 hour or so before i go to sleep.
Any one have ideas on how to go to sleep?:)

I am sure common sense would point to the most obvious answers.
1) You could do some more physical activities in the day so that by the time you have to go to bed you are exhausted and more easily allowed to sleep.
2) Drink a warm/hot drink before you fall asleep. This settles the body down putting you in a state were sleep is more easily achieved. An example would be microwaving some milk, or drinking some warm tea. Also note that certain teas allow you fall asleep easier than others.
3) There is something called "mugwort" I do believe that you can put under your pillow or in your pillowcase etc. Mugwort's scent I do believe is what it is that causes you to fall asleep faster acting as a sleep aid. Note that this is tried, tested, and proved.
4) You can get a prescription to a sleeping aid such as Ambien, however I would not suggest taking pills etc. to help you sleep. As this is well known to heavily get rid of dreams I.E. you will wake up not remembering dreams etc.
Just a few examples.
thanks never heard of mugwort though, I usally stay of pills, and I do a bunch of stuff during the day. I just get a random burst of energy though kinda weird. And haven't tried tea yet because I am usally to hot.
