Oops!
I changed my sleep schedule somehow (in the first day of my vacation), and I want to know if it's healthy, or if I should change it before the end of the week.
I seem to fall asleep at around 2:30AM and wake up at 7:30AM, then I nap from 1:00PM to 4:00PM.
Is this alright?
EDIT: Today I only could nap for about 1.5 hours, is this ok?

It's called biphasic sleep, and many believe it to be a lot healthier than monophasic ('normal') sleep anyway ;)
And you'll also find it's efficient on time than monophasic sleep, so it's not surprising to me that you could only nap for 1.5 hours, considering that you sleep for 5 hours at night anyway.
If you just keep doing what feels good, and you don't feel horrible in the waking hours, then it's all good ... congrats on becoming polyphasic :P
Put it this way.. many people who start out doing uberman end up eventually settling into biphasic.
And lately I'm finding myself going that way too. It's just a lot more convenient.
At the moment, I'm doing something like this:
4am-7am
1pm-2pm
10:00pm-10:20pm
12:00pm-12:20pm
I suspect I'll end up in something even simpler eventually
