I think I'm finally getting into the rythm. I've been on the uberman schedule for 12 days now, sleeping half an hour at 4, 8, and 12 (am and pm). I first tried this several months ago and failed after three days as I wasn't mentally/emotionally prepared for how much I was missing sleeping.
Is anyone else on the forum a long-term uberman sleeper? I'm trying to feel out what the next few weeks are going to be like.
