Everyman sleep schedule.
Sup everyone
Ive been reading about sleep schedules for a few days now, and the uberman seems a little to intense for me right now, and it a bit too much for the reason I want to adjust my sleep schedule. The only reason I want to attempt the Everyman sleep schedule is to give me some more free time (which I dont need that bad) but more so for a self experiment, too see if I could do it, and too see what its like... with that being said....
I have read up on it, and I know there is a core nap (3 hours) and 3, 20 minute naps that should be spaced out equally, every 5 hours ideally.
I havent come up with my own schedule yet, but I am a senior in highschool so a nap in the middle of class wont work, and a school day is longer then 5 hours so no schedule will allow me to nap every 5 hours, but I read that the Everyman schedule is more lenient then the Uberman sleep pattern, so is it possible that I may be able to stretch one wake session to 6 or 7 hours? maybe a core from 4-7 am, I am out of school at 2 30, so I could possibly nap within an hour of that.
Opinions are appreciated, and input, thanks!

You could always catch a quick nap during the lunch hour. When I was in highschool almost every day I would pass out under a tree during lunch and wake up with the bell.

I'd love to have an answer to this as well. I'm in high school, too, and have been thinking about trying the same thing. I don't want to give up my lunch break because that's my biggest meal of the day, but it's 30 minutes so I'd have about 5 minutes to eat. If you get an answer or if it works, could you PM me and tell me? Good luck if you try it!

A few of us on the forum are trying triphasic sleep patterns, essentially sleeping every 8 hours. That might work with your schedule better.
