      Yay Sushi! Or... Uh Oh Sushi?

      I sometimes eat sushi just before going to bed... It has rice in it, which would be something that is digested quickly...

      It has many other things, like the seaweed, which I think could help dream recall...

      Basically, I am asking, Would sushi affect dream recall?

      Since today is today, and last night was more then just last night... It was a failure.

      So, just by that quick experiment... there is a good chance that sushi hurts your dream recall... Anyone else wanna try this? Just to get more data...
