      Light for SAD

      Is anyone familiar with the lights they sell to combat SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) ?

      I know about SAD and I have researched the light systems, but I’m really looking for some first hand experience with using them.
      I wonder if they work.

      Anyone?

      My sister has SAD. I know she used one of those lights and said it worked.

      No first-hand (or even second-hand) experience here, but I know that a study or two has shown those lights to be effective. I would try and find the references but I really just don't feel like it

      Well that's a couple yeses. Two more than I had.
      Thanks guys.

      DuB, I had done some checking around several times and the sites that sell them will obviously say they work and I have not been too successful in finding surveys and the like. I'm sure they're out there; I just have to find them.
      But thanks again you guys for sharing what you know.
