I used to be like that too... though i'm entirely sure why I'm not now... I just kinda remember them now for whatever reason. I heard that waking youself up an hour before you usually do helps. That way you're waking youself up in the middle of a dream. People tend to remember their dreams more often when disrupted in the middle of them.

Set alarms so you can wake up at the end of your REM periods, that way the dreams are fresh in your mind.
Also as Slayer said, a dream journal for when you do remember them helps with your memory.

and your ability to recall dreams gets better every night you keep doing so. It's still a part of memory that can be trained to remember more in time you can remember in which order your dream appeared and you get more details

Just keep filling DJ with motivation and tell yourself you remember your dreams.

You always dream. Keep in mind that it's a matter of remembering them rather than producing them

When you wake up, don't move. Just lie still for a little while and think of the last thing you can remember. It may be an action, but it could be a face or a name or a color or an emotion or a single word. Think about what that is and then work backwards from it. Usually if you can recall something, more will come back to you. Just relax and when you have it in your head, then grab your dream journal and write it down. The more you practice, the easier it will become and the more dreams you will recall.

Relax and don't worry about it. You'll be recalling your dreams in no time
