      Woke up with massive chest pains?

      ok well to begin i am 15 years old and i dont know i think i haave heart problems. my heart rate is 100-135 bpm while i am resting. and just doing a few moves in karate my heart rate will jump to 190+ bpm.

      but anyways this is about sleep
      ok well on feb. 19 i had karate from 8 till 10pm
      just a normal class.
      then i talked with my girlfriend till 1am or so. then i went to sleep. but i woke up at around 2 with massive chest pains. it almost felt like my chest was getting ripped open and my heart was racing.
      could it be possible i had a nightmare were i got hurt and my body thought it was real?

      i dont know i just need answers...thanks to everyone that replies

      yeah im going to the doctor in 2 weeks, cause im in shape im only 140 pounds and work out 4 times a week ...
