My tip. Life isn't always easy, you just gotta whip yourself to start. At least, for me, starting proves itself always the hardest part. After you get things started and rolling you will start enjoying it more and get more motivation.
But as for your "need list" try to pick less as starters. If you try to do everything at the same time and fast, you WILL lose motivation. There is no shortcut, but training. Furthermore, things you want to learn are mostly things that require willpower and lot of motivation. For example, in martial arts you gotta do lot of work to advance. In meditation, you don't get much concrete feedback so it can eat your motivation.
But if you really want to learn, you will find your motivation I have been doing some of those things you mentioned for my whole life and I must say that despite my burning passion for them, I sometimes feel lost and unmotivated. But the feeling will pass and I get back on the road.
