It's discipline...you got used to delaying and going to bed at 1. You can try to do it incrementally or you may not fall asleep if it's way before your sleep habit. Like maybe 15min earlier for a few weeks then add another 15min as it goes on. |

All through high school I had this problem. I would often sleep for 3-5 hours a night, 1-2 hours during school, and then another 1-2 hours after school. It was a bad habit. |

I often have this problem, even as an adult. My reason is I just need a certain amount of personal time to recover from all the social things I did earlier that day. As much as I love people, I really need this time for myself to recharge my batteries. |
