Arrow I was about to fall asleep... then...

Last night I was about to fall asleep, right when you just know it. But guess what woke me up? My stomach! I hadn't eaten dinner and I had just started to get hungry in bed, but I'm the type of person, who, once they're in bed will rarely get up for anything (unless I have to go to the bathroom which rarely happens).
If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

Well... If you hadn't had dinner... It is not surprising you are hungry... Why would you not be hungry if you were falling asleep?

      Moved from GDD. (Thanks, no-name)

You should eat something a little bit before bed.
Nothing big, just a snack or something.

Then you won't wake up hungry.

I always eat munchies before I go to bed. I always wake up with my stomach inside out and it's uncomfortable to eat before lunch.

I usually get high before I go to bed, so then I eat a lot(even though I'm completely healthy). I wake up and my stomach feels like it's turning inside out because of gorging the night before. If I drink too much water too quickly or eating just makes my stomach feel even more empty and upset.

Would you like me to explain it any more?

i usualy smoke some weed about 3-4 hours before, so i have time to get the munchies, eat and then go to bed normal, but that night i either have madly vivid dreams or a lucid, which is always good.

im not saying go out and smoke it to get lucid but...you never know

Also, eat banana before bed, the extra B vitamins help with keepng your mind as active as possible, increasing the chance of lucidty

You're supposed to stopping eating ~3hours before going to bed for the digestion. I usually try to do that, but, it does get a bit difficult

I would RARELY be able to do that. Most nights I have dinner at 6 and have dessert later, sometimes. I certainly don't go to bed 3 hours after that. Plus most people would consider my norm bedtime early, 9:00 on school nights.

9 is a good time. Back when I was in High School, my sleeptime was about 9, but, when I got to university, it was just random. I could sleep at 1 in the morning or 11 if I felt tired, sometimes I would stay up really late or end up sleeping on the bus to and from uni
