      Audio Sleep Aid

      Hey everyone.

Recently I have been experiencing insomnia on a consistent basis. I have an audio relaxation/guided imagery track that really helps me. The problem is I am getting bored with it and am started to just tune it out.

Does anyone have any other audio sleep aids that might help me? I have found that visual mental tasks really help me fall asleep. So anything with guided imagery and relaxing music, etc. would be a great help.

Look at Subliminal Recall, Subliminal Lucid 1.0 and Subliminal Lucid 3.0.
Those should should solve all of your problems. They are really relaxing and also have positive dreaming messages. As a plus, they are all made by our favourite Dream Guide: Ninja!

Report back with your sucess stories.

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

I use any kind of "white noise" type of music to go to sleep. I usually take from 20-25 minutes to fall to sleep but with these I go quicker. My iphone or ipod are greta for this.

A boring audio lecture also helps.
I lucid dream and almost OBE

I always play some suffled songs in my music system and keep the volume low while i go to bed. Can also set timer so that it will be off after some hours or minutes.. This method is a good sleep aid, provided if it does not disturb others sleep in your house. But there is another way that with you can be calm and sleep well by using salvia divinorum
