      What is the vibrational state?

      Hi all,

      I was just wondering what exactly is the vibrational state that sometimes occurs during a WILD. I've never read about exactly what it is.

      Another question if you guys don't mind. Does our body go through the vibrational state even while going into normal sleep and not trying to become lucid?
