So over the last month I've gotten into a terrible sleeping schedule, which involves me not going to bed until 3-4AM. When I get to bed, it either takes 1-4 hours for me to actually fall asleep, despite using several relaxation and WILD techniques, and drinking chamomile or sleep time tea [lol]. During the last week, however, three out of the seven days I could not actually fall asleep, but instead laid in a meditative state with little to no mind activity and no body activity at all for about 4-5 hours. |
