      Feet hurt near sleep

Sometimes when I am just lying in bed, trying to fall asleep, the bottom of my feet start to hurt a lot. There is so much pain, and after about 5-10 seconds the pain starts to leave. This usually happens as I am starting to drift off to sleep. Anyone know what this is?

Try eating some bananas to see if it is some sort of cramp. It could be potassium related.

It might also be dehydration. Most people don't even know it when they're dehydrated. So many people are chronically dehydrated, it's ridiculous.

So, drink a glass of water along with that banana.
