I've noticed that eating right before I go to bed causes me to either have more dreams, or remember them more easily. |

Would eating before sleeping help you remember more dreams, since your body would be digesting the food, which would keep you from going into a deep sleep? These are my thoughts, because I ate a big bowl of beef and broccoli before bed one night, and I rememberd the craziest dreams. |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
Hmm, I remember eating heaps before I went to sleep once, and I DID remember a few dreams, but I got woken up by reflux lol, something I don't want to experience again haha so I don't think I'll plan on eating heaps right before sleeping again >< |

Meow.
I don't remember where I heard this, but I recall hearing that eating before you sleep does help you remember your dreams, especially dairy products (usually people recommend cheese) though I don't remember what the logic behind that is. |

ya I've heard it helps your remember dreams. I'm probably gonna try eating a bunch tonight and see what happens... |
