Do you exercise? I'm yet to see a person who doesn't fall asleep after an intense workout. Are you stressed? Troubled? Depressed? Like 1-2 years ago I was going through some tough times in my life. During several months I could lay awake for many hours just thinking about my real life problems, school work I should do, friends and family I should spend more time with. Exercise really helps you get your mind off things. If you exercise regularly you won't have the energy to worry about things. Unfortunetely, I didn't exercise, or did anything else for that matter. I just endured the pain. If you have a similar problem you should probably talk to a psychologist, it really hepls. Now I'm back on track totally and I sleep like a baby every day. |
