Hypnosis to fall asleep quicker - Helped me

I used to have a big problem falling asleep. It would take me at least 60 minutes of tedious wakefullness to reach sleep, sometimes even more...

I tried a lot of things ranging from melatonin to meditation but found nothing effective.

However when I was downloaing some silf hypnosis stuff off of the torrent network I found an mp3 supposed to help make the first 4 hours of sleep refreshing and easy to do. Since it is still a holliday over here (ends tomorrow...) I decided to listen to it having nothing better to do.

Aside from the usual suggestions the guy handed me a technique of a sentence to repeat when going to sleep. Since that, it takes me 15 minutes to fall asleep. AAwsome!

I just wanted to share it with you guys in case others have the same problem I used to have.

The torrent I used was called "hypnosis super pack (self-hypnosis MP3s)" from isohunt. And the specific file is called "Dick Sutphen - 4 hr restoritive sleep Hypnosis - Hypnotist Guided"

I do suggest you do this in a space and at a time where no-one will bother you while you're in the middle of it though you'll probaply be quite non responsive...

      - Chris

I tend to lay awake for a while before I can fall asleep (because my brain won't turn off :/). Sometimes I listen to this meditation CD I have which allows me to focus on something besides thinking until I'm tired enough to sleep.

I'm interested in this hypnosis mp3 though, so I'm downloading it to try. Thanks for the heads up!

      Hey Keitorin,

Let me know what resluts you get. I was quite hesitant at first to share the result afraid that it was a coincidence that I slept very well the night after the file. However after a couple of nights I found that it was everything but a coincidence.

Again, let me know about your results, am interested in the resluts others get with this file...
