Basically it's called the Zeo Sleep Coach. From what I can tell it monitors your sleep and records the data on a device that looks like an alarm clock. It shows how long you were in REM sleep as well as deep sleep, how long it took you to fall asleep, and how many times you woke up during the night. You can then put the info on your computer, where it graphs everything, gives you tips on how to sleep better. It seems pretty cool.
